What you can write to us about

Telegram and email get the fastest replies: messages are handled by the same team that runs rollouts, so you get a substantive answer rather than a form response. The usual turnaround is one business day; weekends and holidays take longer.

Three requests come up most often: seeing a demo of the platform and a live AI interview, discussing a pilot on a real vacancy, and clarifying how everything fits into an existing hiring process and what data stays with the company. We separately cover questions about storing recordings and transcripts, candidate consent and interview integrity control.

If you already know which roles you want to fill, tell us the hiring volume and the seniority of the positions — in the call we'll show right away how the interview script and assessment criteria are built for them.

A demo takes about half an hour. We walk the whole path end to end: we set up your vacancy, show how the platform assembles questions and criteria, run a live AI interview and go through the finished report — scores, reasoning, candidate quotes and a recommendation. We answer the team's questions separately: legal usually asks about candidate consent and recording storage, managers about how the results line up with their own read on people.

We suggest running a pilot on one real vacancy rather than on test data: that's the fastest way to see whether the reports actually help decisions in your process. If the format doesn't fit, we'll say so honestly — there's no point pushing a rollout where hiring closes comfortably by hand.

To make the first reply useful, briefly describe in your message: which positions you're filling, how many candidates go through the funnel per month, who currently runs the first interviews and where the process stalls. That's enough for us to come to the call with a scenario built for your case rather than a generic deck.

The contact form on the site and email lead to the same place, so there's no need to duplicate your message across channels. From the form we receive a name, email and phone — only what you enter yourself; how that data is processed is described in the personal data processing policy.
