Platform

How Headsync products are built

Headsync covers the part of hiring that scales worst by hand — the conversation with the candidate and their assessment. Everything is built around a single flow: you describe the vacancy, the platform builds an interview for it, the candidate takes it via a link, the team gets a report. The decision stays with a human.

The core of the platform is the voice AI interview. It runs in the browser, is available around the clock and needs no calendar slots: the candidate joins whenever it suits them, from any time zone. The interviewer doesn't read out a list of questions — it listens to the answer and follows up, so the conversation is closer to a real interview than to a form or a one-way video recording.

Assessment is built on the criteria you set for a specific vacancy. The same set applies to every candidate for the position, so results are comparable rather than dependent on who ran the meeting and in what mood. In the report every score comes with reasoning and verbatim quotes, while gaps and questionable moments are flagged separately.

The format suits initial screening as well as technical, professional and domain interviews — from line staff to niche specialists. In high-volume hiring, interviews run in parallel and never hit the recruiters' calendar.

What the team gets in the end is not a recording still waiting to be reviewed, but material already worked through: a score for every criterion with the reasoning behind it, verbatim candidate quotes, flagged gaps and risks, a recommendation for the next stage and a video of the interview. That is enough to discuss a candidate in a meeting without gathering impressions from scratch.

Rollout does not require rebuilding your process. Vacancy setup, scripts and reports live in the company dashboard; the candidate installs nothing — the interview opens via a link in the browser. Candidates know upfront that they are speaking with an AI interviewer and consent to the recording; the material is stored securely and available only to your team.

There are almost no limits on roles: the platform runs interviews with developers and analysts, marketers and sales, accountants, lawyers, finance specialists, support staff and HR people. What changes is not the mechanics but the assessment criteria and the depth of the questions — you set those for the specific position and grade, and the platform adapts the script to the candidate's answers.
